How long can my board remain unrefrigerated without any food spoilage?Our boards and boxes are safe at room temperature for up to 6 hours. If you plan to indulge later, simply place your board on ice in a cooler or store it in the refrigerator.

How long is it safe to eat the product after receiving it?Our products are at their freshest when consumed within 24 hours of purchase. However, if refrigerated, they should remain fine for up to 72 hours.

How should I serve my Grazing items?For the best taste experience, we recommend keeping everything refrigerated until approximately 45 minutes before serving. Cheese and charcuterie meats are at their finest when served at room temperature!

Is the Grazing item ready for serving upon arrival?Certainly! Simply cut along the base of your board to remove the plastic wrap, and it's ready to be enjoyed.

How far in advance do you need my order?For the best preparation and to secure your preferred date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible (we've received orders up to one-year in advance). For grazing boxes and platters, a minimum of 7 days in advance is advisable. For large-scale events, we highly recommend providing at least 1-6 months notice to ensure every detail is perfect. Delivery & CollectionOur products are crafted fresh on the day and are delicate, making them unsuitable for overnight courier delivery. We provide hand delivery within our delivery range, covering the NYC Metro-Area. If you are outside our delivery zone, shoot us an email, and we'll our best to assist you! Delivery is booked during checkout through the calendar feature. Alternatively, we offer pick-up from our Brooklyn location. If you would like to order within 24-48 hours, please email Bosslady@Grazecuterie.com, rush fee may apply. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your experience seamless. Delivery Schedule Currently, our standard delivery window is Thursday to Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. This time frame is added automatically at checkout. If you require a specific delivery time, please inform us Note: We strive to meet delivery times, but external factors like traffic or inaccurate ETA readings may affect delivery times. Deliveries may occasionally take longer or arrive earlier. Cost of Delivery Our standard delivery service fees vary within our delivery range and will be added automatically at checkout. Your product/s can arrive at any time within our delivery window. Additional fees may apply for delivery requests after 8:00 p.m. Acceptance of Delivery The customer must be readily available to receive the product. If no one is available, the package will be handed to a neighbor. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. Fresh food products cannot be couriered back to HQ. Grazecuterie is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbor. Deadlines for Address Changes Deadlines for delivery address changes/submission to Grazecuterie are strictly 72 hours before we start making the product. Addresses received outside this window may not be guaranteed. Shipping Services Currently, we regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping services across the United States. Our services are limited to local pickup and hand-delivery within our specified range. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Do I need to return all serving equipment?Yes! All Graze boards, serving equipment, and props are provided for hire and must be returned within 72 hours of your event. Late Return Fees: Items returned late will incur a $50 late fee per day. It is essential to adhere to the return timeline to avoid any additional charges.
